    • Digital Marketing or SEO Services: Non-refundable once campaigns start.
    • Consultations: Non-refundable once delivered.
  2. Deposits and Cancellations:
    • Deposits are non-refundable after project initiation.
    • Cancellations before work begins may receive partial refunds minus fees.
    • Refunds are discretionary for unperformed services.
  3. Service Revisions:
    • Omega IT Services will make reasonable efforts to address concerns or revisions within the agreed project scope.
  4. Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
